Detailed paw balm experience

I purchased the Pet Healing Balm specifically for my beagle's cracked paw pads. The ordering process was straightforward on their website, very easy to navigate and find what I needed. I placed the order on a Monday, and it arrived by Friday to my home in Washington state, well-packaged and intact. The balm itself has a pleasant, mild scent, not overpowering. I've been applying it twice a day for a week now, and I've noticed a significant improvement in the softness of his paws. The texture is solid enough not to be messy but melts easily with body heat for application. My dog tolerated it without trying to lick it all off immediately, which is a big plus. It felt like a good value for the price, especially considering how little product you need per application. I also liked that the ingredients were clearly listed on the product page.

Easy to use wipes

Got some dog grooming wipes and they're pretty good. My dog usually hates being cleaned but these were easy. Smelled fine too. Simple to order, no fuss.

Consistent quality over time

This was my third time ordering from Hicc Pet, and I primarily get the Pet Skin Care Spray and the Fermented Coconut Oil Wipes. They've always been reliable for my cat's dry patches. Delivery was smooth this time, about 5 days to get to me in Texas, which is pretty standard for them. I keep coming back because the quality is consistent and their products actually help without being harsh. No complaints really, just wish they'd offer a slightly larger refill size for the spray sometimes.

Good product, slow shipping

I ordered the Hypoallergenic Pet Wipes for my dog who has sensitive skin. The wipes themselves worked well, no irritation at all. It took almost 7 days to reach me in Florida, which felt a bit long. Overall, I'm happy with the product's quality but hope shipping speeds up.
